This personal project is a scrapbook of Italian summer, shot on 35mm film. The timeless sprit of summers long past is embedded in these images set against the vibrant, natural beauty of the Italian coastline.

Created with my daughter, Bay, over the summers of 2022-23. the photographs capture the intangible, fleeting nature of summer whilst at the same time allowing you to transcend the limitations of time and distance. They evoke a nostalgia for carefree days of our own childhoods, timeless days, when summers seemed to stretch on forever. Bridging the gap between past and present, experiencing the spirit of summer no matter what the season. .
